• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all submitted artwork is print-ready before placing an order. Files must have a transparent background, be at least 300 DPI, and be properly sized and spaced without overlapping or cut-off elements. All gang sheets will be printed exactly as submitted. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for issues resulting from customer-submitted artwork, including low-quality images, incorrect sizing, missing transparency, or overlapping designs. Due to the custom nature of DTF printing, refunds or reprints will not be provided for customer file errors or if orders are placed and needed during a scheduled closed period as all closings are posted at the top of this description.

• LARGER ORDERS: 
You can email us the amount and exact size in inches that you need of each print at viridian.customs@gmail.com to input on our side.
• If images are emailed to us to print without specified sizes we will use our stock sizing of 10-12 inches and will not reprint or offer refunds due to incorrect sizing. 

• GANG SHEETS:

Our printer can only print up to 14x24 sheets at a time, so any gang sheets larger than 24 inches will be separate sheets.

• TURN AROUND TIME: 

TAT is SAME DAY if submitted by 4:15PM. Email us if you need to arrange pickup after 5 PM. We print consistently as orders come in during business hours. Most orders are printed same day.

Application Instructions: 

• Pre-Heat: 3-4 seconds
• Temperature: Polyester 295°F | Cotton/Blends 320°F
• Pressure: Medium-High
• Press Time: 15-20 sec
• Peel: Warm or Cold
• Optional Repress: 3-4 sec (use parchment/Teflon for softer feel)
• Care: Wash after 24 hours, cold-medium heat, no bleach/softners. Hang/Tumble dry low/no heat for best results.
• Note: Do not layer DTF.

Sheet Builder Instructions: 

1. Select size and click "Build your sheet"
2. Upload PNG files (300dpi+)
3. Position and resize your design
4. Click "Add to Cart"

Tip: 

• Click images to add (drag/drop not supported)
• Adjust quantity in designer/cart

Custom Full-Color Transfers:

Your designs printed in vibrant full color (transparent PNG, 300dpi+)

Color Tips: 

• RGB colors may shift slightly when printed to (CMYK). 
• Minor variations possible in large solid areas.

Design Guidelines: 

• Avoid tiny fonts or fine details (may impact adhesive quality)
• Ensure solid areas have consistent coverage

Important Notes & Disclaimers: 

• Ensure you own print rights. Absolutely no copyrighted designs you do not have rights to print.
• Designs print exactly as submitted (color & size accuracy is your responsibility).
• Screen differences may cause slight color variations.

By submitting artwork to Viridian Custom Creations, you represent that you own the artwork or have obtained all permissions necessary to reproduce it.

You grant Viridian Custom Creations permission to reproduce, print, modify as necessary for production, and otherwise use the submitted artwork for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Unless you notify us in writing that your artwork is confidential or for private use only, you also grant Viridian Custom Creations a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to photograph, display, and use the finished product and/or submitted artwork for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes.
